    my response to the max Gxl product is just this:First I noticed a higher level of energy(apprx.4 days on the product)now I have enourmous amounts of energy throughout the entire day.this allows me to do everything I need to for the day.
    second thing I noticed was my breathing was getting better,third was I used to wake up in the morning with aches and pains in my knees and wrists.Now I have very little if any each and every day.Max Gxl to me has been a god sent supplement to my good health.
